We are looking for an experienced BIM Technician/Coordinator to be part of our growing M&E team in Manchester. Enjoy hybrid working and the flexibility to shape your schedule.

Your Role

Support the M&E design team by delivering mechanical and electrical design solutions using Revit models, AutoCAD drawings, and digital deliverables. You will ensure projects meet the latest BIM standards/UK BIM Framework across sectors like defence, commercial, industrial, retail, healthcare, education, and leisure.

What You Will Be Doing

• Set up Revit and CAD projects.

• Create and amend models & drawings.

• Produce schematics linked to model data.

• Maintain QA-compliant file storage.

• Perform model exports (ifc, nwc, dwfx, dwg, pdf).

• Add classification data and run interference checks.

• Ensure compliance with BIM project requirements.

• Coordinate MEP models for seamless installation.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience as a Task Team Information Manager on BIM projects.

• Strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD; MagiCAD, Navisworks, or Solibri are a plus.

• Background in M&E design with solid building services knowledge.

• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration.

• Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently.
