𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:

You will be at the forefront of cutting-edge 𝑩𝑰𝑴 𝒅𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒏, ensuring seamless delivery of mechanical and electrical solutions through 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘁 models & 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗖𝗔𝗗 drawings. Your expertise will be key in coordinating 𝗠𝗘𝗣 models to ensure efficient installation without costly rework.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁:

✅ Set up new Revit & CAD projects using company templates

✅ Create & modify models, drawings & schematics

✅ Ensure compliance with BIM standards & UK BIM Framework

✅ Conduct QA checks & clash detection to keep projects on track

✅ Work closely with engineers & the BIM Manager to maintain best practices

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

✅ Revit & AutoCAD expert with hands-on M&E design experience

✅ Experience as a Task Team Information Manager on BIM projects

✅ Familiarity with Navisworks, MagiCAD, and Solibri (bonus points!)

✅ Strong communicator & collaborator – you will work closely with engineers & project teams

✅ Able to obtain SC-level security clearance for MOD & scientific sector projects
