The Role:

As a Revit/BIM Coordinator, you will:

• Lead and manage BIM coordination for various projects with a focus on M&E services
• Prepare and manage BIM documentation, model management audits, and clash detection exercises
• Facilitate federation of models and ensure compliance with COBie and BIM Level 2 standards
• Support scenario testing, sustainable construction, and on-site safety through integrated BIM processes
• Engage with clients to understand and develop their BIM aspirations
• Maintain consistent and accurate 3D models to support design and construction phases

About You:

• Proven experience as a Revit/BIM Coordinator within building services
• Proficient in Revit MEP, BIM Level 2 processes, and COBie standards
• Experience with clash detection, model audits, and project coordination
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both internal teams and external clients
• An innovative mindset with a passion for sustainable construction and asset management
