Remote/Hybrid working from home up to 4 days per week, 1 in the office and on-site visits and meetings as and when required.
We are currently working for a well established engineering consultancy who are going through a long period of sustained growth. Due to the nature of the client and projects they take on they have remained busy for the last few years.
As part of lucrative contracts they provide engineering design services to highly regulated industries such as Nuclear, Defence, Rail, Energy from Waste, Pharmaceutical and Hospitals. Thanks to their prolonged work winning across their business sectors, in particular nuclear, they are now looking for a further Contract Senior EC&I Engineer.
Information on the individual projects is limited at this stage due to the nature of the work, site and security. All of the projects they are working on are long term with a minimum commitment of 2 years, the majority of the work is at North West sites, but they are also involved in projects across the UK.
The ideal people we would like to speak to are:
- Senior level engineers with 8+ years experience within electrical or EC&I design engineering.
- Experience of working on nuclear, defence projects.
- Current SC or DV clearance or have previously held either of those levels of clearance recently.
- Willing and able to travel to site or to the office 1 day per week.
